The New England Chapter of the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM) operates as an affiliate chapter of the Association for Information and Image Management International.   Founded in 1969, the New England chapter is one of the oldest in the nation. The Chapter currently has in excess of 200 members.  The membership is a diverse group that includes vendors, consultants, end users, project managers, CIO's, records managers, and others. These members come from a wide range of industry types. Members in the New England Chapter represent special interest groups of all types including banking, insurance, engineering, education, marketing, and manufacturing. The Chapter is managed by an Executive Committee.  Members on the executive committee are elected by the entire chapter membership, and serve three year terms.  It is the responsibility of this group to provide value to the overall chapter membership.  This is done through educational and social programs that bring members together to learn and interact. The services and programs are executed by a concerted effort on the part of the Executive Committee Members and Chapter Volunteers serving on ad hoc and standing committees.
