Sponsorship for one AIIM New England 2010/2011 Chapter Event
Introduction by AIIM Board member at the event and opportunity to address the group with 5 minute overview of your business.
Company logo and information (To be supplied by vendor) will be posted on AIIM New England Website prior to the sponsored event with 50 word company description.
Payment: Must be paid in full prior to the event to participate in marketing efforts.
Pre-event eMail invitations will feature our sponsors and a copy of the eMail invitation will be provided for your distribution (customers, prospects and partners).
Table top exhibit at the chapter event (Please check availability varies by location)
Provide Programs, Brochures, Marketing or Company Information to attendees.
(2) Two representatives from your company can attend the sponsored event at no charge.
Copy of attendee list from sponsored event (some may opt out).
Inclusion in post-event follow-up email, including logo, link and contact information.
Follow-up overview to get your feedback, discuss additional chapter resources and how AIIM New England can help grow your business!
