Sponsorship Information

AIIM New England is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization that relies heavily on the participation of individuals and organizations to field its consistently excellent slate of programs. Financial support is especially appreciated, and we have been fortunate over the years to  have benefited from some very generous sponsors. If you would like to join their ranks, then please review the information below and let us know which option you prefer. Thank you!

Platinum – $2,000/year (maximum visibility throughout the program year)

• Introduction and appreciation by AIIMNE Board member at the start of each event (social gatherings excepted)
• Opportunity to present 1-minute welcome to attendees at the start of each event (social gatherings excepted)
• Company logo, link, and 150-word description on AIIMNE Web site
• Company logo and description in any and all event program guides produced
• Mention in all AIIMNE event email blasts
• Mention in at least 6 AIIMNE social media postings
• First opportunity to respond to calls for speakers (users only)

Gold – $1,000/year (regular highlighting as the program year progresses)

• Introduction and appreciation by AIIMNE Board member at the start of each event (social gatherings excepted)
• Company logo, link, and 100-word description on AIIMNE Web site
• Company logo and description in any and all event program guides produced
• Mention in all AIIMNE event email blasts
• Mention in at least 3 AIIMNE social media postings

Individual – $600/event (focused promotion in a particular area)

• Introduction and appreciation by AIIMNE Board member at the start of sponsored event (social gatherings excepted)
• Company logo and link on sponsored event page on AIIMNE Web site
• Company logo and description in any program guide produced for sponsored event
• Mention in all AIIMNE event email blasts related to sponsored event
• Mention in AIIMNE social media postings related to sponsored event
