About the Chapter
AIIM New England is an affiliate chapter of AIIM International, which for 60 years has been the leading non-profit association that helps users understand how to best manage documents, content, records, and business processes.
Founded in 1969, the Chapter is one of the oldest in the nation and serves a diverse group of professionals that includes end users, project managers, CIO’s, records managers, consultants, integrators, vendors, and others. Members come from a wide range of industries including financial services, healthcare, insurance, education, law, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing.
Participation in the AIIM New England Chapter is an excellent way to develop professional relationships, to polish leadership skills, and to have a positive impact on your industry and career. To this point, the Chapter boasts a remarkable number of AIIM Fellows, AIIM Distinguished Service Award winners, and other AIIM notables – a reflection of our proud history of volunteerism and excellence in leadership.
Come Be a Part of Us!
Our Program Year runs from September through June, and our activities run the gamut from seminar-style deep-dives into important issues of the day to benefit events like our long-running Golf and Tennis Benefit for the Horace Mann School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
As a professional organization run by and for our members, the Chapter is always looking for forward-thinking, committed individuals to help plan and execute our activities. Whether as part of our Executive Committee or as a volunteer serving on an ad hoc or standing committee, we need and welcome your involvement to ensure we are what you need us to be.
We hope you will offer a small portion of your time and talents to help maintain and expand upon perhaps the most distinguished heritage in the AIIM organization. Who knows where it might lead!
