Mr. Biske has lead Fidelity’s Enterprise Records Management (ERM) office since April of 2007. This organization is responsible for the design and implementation of Fidelity’s enterprise wide records management program. The goals of this program are to manage risk, increase effectiveness and efficiency and reduce costs. These goals are achieved through the use of a standard set of policies and standards, process and technology tools to support business analysis and record management systems. ERM works closely with senior management from across the firm and partners with IT, Compliance, Legal and Risk to execute and monitor compliance.
Prior to joining the ERM program Mr. Biske held a variety of roles across Fidelity including: Head of Risk Oversight for Fidelity Business Services India, Chief Risk Officer for Fidelity Pricing and Cash Management, Program Lead for Sarbanes Oxley, Director of Data Warehousing for Retirement Services, Director of Systems Development Retail Brokerage.
