Welcome to the 2007/2008 AIIM New England Chapter

Once again this year promises to be a very productive and busy one for our Chapter. The Board has worked diligently on this year’s agenda and we look forward to sharing our 38th year with you.

The AIIM New England Chapter’s focus this year is on delivering VALUE. This focus goes across everything we do, from the event topics, to the content of the presentations, to increasing our membership. Enterprise Content Management is not about technology, it’s about value. What good is technology if it does not deliver significant value to your organization? The Board and Programs Committee have taken this theme to heart in constructing this year’s calendar of events. The year will give details of the various ways ECM delivers value to your organizations. We look forward to your input and feedback.

The New England Chapter is honored once again to play host chapter to the annual AIIM Conference and EXPO in March 2008. We have several events gearing up for the big event, and we have put together Chapter (all NEW) sponsorship packages enabling our Chapter sponsors to gain valuable exposure and presence at the conference based on their commitment to the New England Chapter. Planning is underway for the Conference and EXPO. All interested sponsors and volunteers for this expansive event should get in touch with us at their earliest convenience.

In closing, it is because of you, the AIIM New England Chapter members that our Chapter continues to thrive and receive national recognition as one of the largest and most involved AIIM Chapters. We encourage and welcome your involvement. We are always looking for volunteers to help us make this all happen. A tremendous amount of work goes into keeping everything going. The more volunteers we have, the easier all of our jobs become. Please contact either one of us if you would like to participate in any way, from a small one time commitment, to a larger role, we welcome and look forward to your assistance.
