A former design student at The Art Institute of Philadelphia, Kim began her career in information management working for Pierce Business Archives in 1991 and later Iron Mountain (after the Pierce Leahy acquisition). Holding various positions throughout the operations, client services and sales organizations, Kim left Iron Mountain to work for Lincoln Financial Group managing. Here she managed an organization for the Life Operations focusing on document and vendor management. Kim currently manages an organization for Lincoln Financial Group’s, Life and Annuity Operation focusing on the development of an Enterprise Content Management Solution, which she will share in her presentation.

Private Healthcare Systems

Jim Little is a Senior Systems Consultant at Private Healthcare Systems in Waltham, MA where he has been employed for the last four years. He has more than thirty years experience in the information management field, principally in the healthcare field. Prior to joining PHCS, Jim had developed and installed many automated systems, including several imaging applications.

With his present organization Jim has completed the design and installation of two imaging application systems, two deployments of a contact management system, and a sales force automation system. The older of the imaging systems, the one we’ll discuss on Tues., 11/16, has been in use since April, 2002. The older of the two contact management systems has been in use since December, 2002. Integration of and access to the data in these two applications occur. The sales force automation application has been installed since early 2001.

Jim is a graduate of Boston College with a BS degree in Accounting. He is also a graduate of Babson College with an MBA degree.
